History: Justin grew up basically just with his mother, his father Andrew had left her, without a second thought, and that angered him greatly. As he grew up, he got into quite a bit of trouble with the law, to the point where he was sent to Juvenile hall for an amount of time. To his great despair, his mother died while he was doing his time, and this left him alone.
At this time he was 18, and decided it was time to change his ways, so he became a bounty hunter, the way he earns his living to date. At one point, his powers became overwhelming, and he sought out the Institute for guidance, finding his father there, of course, which was lovely for him.
